RECOGNIZING MY PRIVILEGE 

White supremacy is a racist ideology that is based upon the belief that white people are superior in many ways to people of other races and therefore, white people should be dominant over other races. White supremacy is not just an attitude or a way of thinking. It also extends to how systems are institutions are structures to uphold white dominance. 
You cannot change your white skin color to stop receiving privileges, just like people of color cannot change their skin color to stop receiving racism. What you can do is wake up to what is really going on. (13-14)
